Description - The Client wishes to appoint a Contractor, who will act as an Economic Operator led Integrated Supply Team (IST) with experience in delivering high quality construction projects on time and within budget. The project is for the design and constructio n of a new build Innovation Centre for Southern Regional College (SRC) at Patrick Street, Newry (Develop and Construct procurement).
