Description - Description: We are therefore looking for a new device that makes it possible to measure lateral and longitudinal (Sway and Surge) movement of ships without having to go on board for installation. The device must be able to easily measure movements o f ships from the quay which should be forwarded in real time via an API and/or platform, thus can quickly intervene port staff when movements of more than 1 meter occur.
