Description - The purpose of the consultation is to develop, within the framework of the 4th deadline, the Environmental Noise Prevention Plan (PPBE) for road infrastructure in the Department of the Territory of Belfort based on cartographic results, strategic noi se maps ( CBS) approved by prefectural decrees dated June 23 and 30, 2022. This approach will be based on the re-examination of the previous PPBE, in particular based on the assessment of possible actions previously planned. The draft PPBE developed will be subject to public consultation for a period of two months, and must then be adopted before the deadline of July 18, 2024 set by Directive 2002/49/EC.
