Description - This contract concerns the development of the future digital and IT roadmap of the Côtes d'Armor Department for the period 2025-2027. This project is led by the Digital Services Department. For many years, the Department has been piloting its IT str ategy through the development and implementation of successive master plans (SDSI 2010-2013; 2014-2017; 2017-2020; 2018-2021; 2022-2024). The end of the current plan comes to an end at the end of 2024 and the organizational transformations experienced by the Digital Services Department lead it to build its next IT and digital roadmap for the period 2025-2027. The objective is thus to structure its digital strategy, to identify the priority issues
