Description - Description: The subject of this order includes the creation of an information system for generating, maintaining and providing postal codes and a database of postal codes in the Republic of Bulgaria. The purpose of the procedure is to introduce a sy stem for generating postal codes by upgrading the existing System for generating postal codes in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as developing and introducing an information system for generating, maintaining and providing postal codes.The basis for developing the system for creating postal codes is the provision of Art. 15, para. 1, item 8 of the Postal Services Act (PSA).The system must provide the following basic functionalities:•
