Description - Development of a Service Points Master Plan Synopsis: This RFP is an invitation by the Regina Public Library for qualified consultants to submit proposals to develop a Service Points Master Plan for the Library. Service points are understood to incl ude branch libraries, self-service kiosks, joint or cooperative arrangements for collections or program delivery spaces, or other physical services that will require infrastructure investment, partnership, or both, in order to meet the Library's need for physical spaces now and into the future.The plan will describe the current state of the Library's existing service points and set out a prioritized list of recommended, location-based investments
