Description - The purpose of this tender is to identify a tenderer to combine expertise in animal welfare science (ethology, animal science) and behavioral analysis (experimental and applied behavioral analysis, behavioral pharmacology) in order to develop a scien tifically robust methodology for assessing animal preferences and choices ( 'ask the animal'), assess the reinforcing properties of these preferences and use the animal's point of view expressed in these choices to develop indicators of positive animal welfare on the farm.
