Description - Description: This consultation concerns the choice of the concessionaire who will be responsible for the operational implementation of the Siamorphose Demonstrator project. The development operation will focus, for two identified urban blocks (“Pas teur” and “Jean Moulin” blocks), on the complete renovation of a coherent urban sequence. The exact scope will be specified during the mission, after a study and validation phase by the co-owners concerned.The main objective of this operation is to create a demonstrator, that is to say a concrete pilot project which will initiate the transformation of the neighborhood.
