Description - The purpose of the training module to be ordered with the tender is to reduce the impact of gender stereotypes prevalent in society in the provision of career services (career counseling and career information), to promote gender-sensitive counseling and thus to promote stereotype-free continuing and retraining and job choices. As a result of the activity, the competence and willingness of the career specialists and consultants of the Unemployment Insurance Fund to provide gender-sensitive and stereotype-free counseling will increase and thereby prevent and reduce gender segregation in education and the labor market.
