Description - Description: The City of Abbotsford (the “City”) wishes to retain a Contractor to clean concrete storm water detention structures and their flow control devices located in Abbotsford, BC (the “Services”), as shown in Table 1 within this scope of services.Tanks are to be cleaned on a rotating basis depending on priority determined by previous inspections.
