Description - The purpose of this contract is the edition of the City's municipal magazine, involving the creation and/or development of a new model of the magazine, the monthly execution of the model, as well as the printing and delivery of the magazine. In addit ion, it is planned to manage the marketing of the magazine's advertising spaces to local advertisers.
