Description - Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Bujumbura, Burundi will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.   All responsible sources may submit a quotati on, which will be considered.  The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.   The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror representing best value using comparative evaluation authorized under FAR 13.106-2(b) (3). A comparative evaluation is defined as the act of comparing two or more offers in response to the RFQ.
