Description - Description: Introduction :SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS A feasibility study has developed a concept design for a new vessel with an adapted hull at the waterline; derived from the existing Alia to improve its efficiency, stability, and load-carrying capac ity . This ToR is for the design and production of a prototype of an vessel. The main purpose of the proposed vessel (henceforth referred to as the e-Alia) is to carry passengers between the islands of Upolu and Manono. The e-Alia should have a minimum payload of 2000kg or 12 passengers and the boat operator. All 12 passengers shall have allocated seats.
