Description - Description: The purpose of the contract is the design and production of noise maps as part of the implementation of the second paragraph of Article L. 572-10 of the Environmental Code in order to enable State representatives in each department to ap ply the power of substitution that they hold under this second paragraph and to replace local authorities which have not drawn up their noise map in application of 2° of article L. 572-4 of the Environmental Code. These noise maps are notified to the European Commission by the Directorate General for Risk Prevention.
