Description - Description: APPLICATION PHASEThe purpose of this contract is the design and manufacture of a pusher vessel capable of meeting the needs of the French Polar Institute during its missions on the territory of Terre Adélie in Antarctica.In addition, th e Contract Holder is asked to carry out on behalf of the Institute all the administrative procedures necessary to obtain the permits, titles and certificates necessary to operate the vessel in Antarctica.
