Description - This is a Non-Competitive (Notice of Intent) combined Synopsis Solicitation to Award a Contract without providing for full or open competition. The United States Government (USG) anticipates award of a hybrid contract to acquire depot level diagnosti c and repair services for the Homing All the Way Killer (HAWK) Missile System and sub-assemblies in support of foreign military sales (FMS) customers. This effort is definitizing the Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) issued on 14 November 2023. This action will be completed in a two-phased approach: 1) Inspection and 2) Repair. The inspection phase includes teardown, test, and evaluation (TT&E) and is funded on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis. T
