The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) —Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract is for the procurement refurbishes five of the six switchyard power circuit breakers (PCBs). Critical circuit breaker components will be replaced.
