Description - The work included in these special specifications consists of the demolition and reconstruction of the old Montignies-sur-Sambre Antenna. The work is subsidized within the framework of axis 2 of the Wallonia recovery plan: 2.1 Carry out energy renova tions of buildings. Their objective is to save a minimum of 35% in energy consumption as well as a minimum reduction of 55% in the production of greenhouse gases. They are therefore subject to a strict timetable. The site must be provisionally accepted no later than March 31, 2026. The work will allow the creation of 21 workstations intended to accommodate the future Social Antenna of Montignies-sur-Sambre.
