Description - Description The subject of the Order is the supply of passenger cars in the years 2024-2025 along with servicing for PGE GiEK S.A. Headquarters and Branch Bełchatów Power Plant. The subject of the order includes the purchase of passenger cars with an internal combustion engine - ethyline Pb or hybrid - HEV, mHEV. In the light of the provisions of the Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 875, as amended), the Ordering Party is obliged to purchase an appropriate number of low-emission vehicles. Therefore, under the Order in question, the Contractor is obliged to deliver a minimum of 50% of Group Va and Vb vehicles with hybrid engines
