The subject of the order is: a) Delivery of medical devices for vitrectomy procedures specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. b) Lease of a vitrectomy device for UCK, in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. Delivery of products and accessories will be based on partial orders. Maximum delivery time: 6 business days from the date of placing the order. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered products at his own expense. 3. Mentioned in point 1a, the products must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
