Description - Description: The subject of this order is the delivery, implementation and operation by the Contractor of a stationary Reading System, i.e. devices and software whose function is to collect, transmit and transfer data from Measuring Devices, i.e. mea suring instruments measuring the volume of flowing water, in particular water meters and flow meters in the Area activities of the Ordering Party constituting the area covered by the Ordering Party's activities in the field of collective water supply and collective sewage disposal.
