Description - Description: The objective of these studies is to meet the requirements of Decree No. 2019-771 of July 23, 2019 relating to the obligations of actions to reduce final energy consumption in buildings for tertiary use, resulting from the ELAN law of No vember 23, 2018. They constitute a prerequisite before committing the project management so that local authorities meet the objectives in terms of reducing energy consumption set by the State. The buildings subject to these studies are municipal or intermunicipal tertiary buildings which are located in the municipalities which are members of Territoire d'énergie Drôme - SDED and which have subscribed to the optional energy efficiency competence
