Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Debris Burning Upstream Face of Dam, Ball Mountain Lake, Jamaica, VT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and t ransportation necessary to burn all woody debris that is three (3) inches in diameter or greater on the Upstream Face of Ball Mountain Lake dam.
