Description - Description The City of New Westminster Parks and Open Spaces Urban Forestry team is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide services for the collection of data on dead and dying trees on city-owned streets and boulevards, ut ilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology. The purpose of this project is to identify and record all locations of dead and dying trees on city streets and boulevards.
