Description - Description: The purpose of the tender is to find one or more Tenderers who, within the framework of the “Social Support Act” (Wmo), offer day care on the basis of (medical) indication. With the help of digital support, it should be possible for the Municipality of Lelystad to gain insight into the progress of daytime activities. The reason for this tender is the automatic termination of the current agreements.
