Description - Description: The Agency for Urban Environment is responsible for monitoring local air quality in Oslo. This follows both by delegated authorities according to the pollution regulation chapter 7 on local air quality and by the Agency for Urban Environ ment being transferred responsibility for environmental monitoring related to environmental health care.
