Description - The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire (PCC) is seeking expressions of interest from companies able to provide D13 Enhanced First Aid Training for Firearm Officers.The Alliance is a collaboration between Cheshire Constabulary and North Wales Police Armed Response Units. The two Forces merged their retrospective armed response units in 2015, with a total of four operational ARV bases, Llandygai, St Asaph, Blacon and Winsford.The Alliance's requirements for the training is that the supplier provides a training venue enabling the Alliance to travel within an 80-mile radius (maximum each way) of all four ARV bases.When delivering Module 5 to Police Firearms Officers, the learning must be
