Description - Description: The Gemini building houses the faculties of Mechanical Engineering (ME) and Biomedical Engineering (BmE). The Gemini Building was designed in the 1960s and 1970s and completed in 1974. The current status of the building, the outdated tec hnical installations, facade and other structural condition make major maintenance and renovation necessary. The building will be stripped and fitted with new facades, installation kit and installations.
