Description - * Online Submissions Only *The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 503 Fort Town Drive, Prescott, requires ne w common room windows and second floor apartment windows. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. It is expected that this project will be completed by September 1, 2024. Only the successful bidder will be required to submit a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the sub total contract price and a labour and material payment bond.
