Description - Description: Derbyshire County Council (DCC) is publishing a Prior Information Notice (PIN) setting out its intention to seek a Sole Provider or consortium (working as one entity) to provide a free at the point of access independent advisory service funded by DCC, which is publicly recognised and provides advice, support and advocacy on a range of social and financial issues for clients living with or at risk of developing a long term health condition within the geographical area of Derbyshire (excluding Derby City).
