Description - Description: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to inform the market that Network Rail are intending to commence an Occasional joint procurement with Office of Rail and Road for the creation of the CP7 Independent Reporter Framework.The Independent Reporter Framework sets the criteria for a supplier to be qualified to bid to undertake an Independent Reporter review. The Independent Reporter will work in a collaborative manner with ORR and NR and remain impartial throughout any review.
