Description - Description: The contracting entity wants to obtain advisory benefit for environmental surveillance of the contest electrode. The contracting entity wants assistance to monitor the emission of environmentally harmful substances to the marine environm ent from electrode station on Kontek cable (HVDC). Monitoring will have to be carried out for a 4-year period. The electrode system has been in operation since 1994. The contract offered has a maturity of 4 years. The contract contains 12 options.
