Description - Description: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Carswell, Fort Worth, Texas intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a Cosmetology Vocational Training Instuctor which will be in accordance with the Statement of Wor k. The courses shall be instructed using classroom hours, with 6 hours of instruction per day or up to 30 hours of instruction per week. Course will occur Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M., excluding federal holidays. Hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the institution upon agreement with the Supervisor of Education.
