Description - This RFA is to request applications from Applicants with expertise in buried distribution piping systems that are part of the City’s Neighborhood Energy Utility (the “NEU”). The required mechanical services include but are not limited to:Weldin g and installation of buried NEU pipe and either working with a City civil crew, or potentially subcontracting a civil contractor responsible for the civil works and traffic management.Installation of interior piping from the point of building penetration to the tie-in at the energy transfer station (if applicable) as outlined in table Figure 1 below.
