Description - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESBB anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) fuel storage services within the Arabian Gulf Area on a 24 hour, 7 days per week basis. This area is defi ned as an area along the Arabian Gulf, littoral south that includes Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates inside the Strait of Hormuz within the Arabian Gulf. The requirement is for fuel storage and fuel management services to include receiving, storing, protecting, and shipping of U.S. Government-owned product of Fuel Naval Distillate Grade F76 and Aviation Turbine Fuel Grade JP5/F44.
