Thus, the Jándula dam and, specifically, the reform of the spillway, is declared a work of general interest based on article 36, section 5 of Law 10/2001, of July 5, of the National Hydrological Plan where it is determined that “Each and every one of the works included in Annex II are declared of general interest with the effects provided for in articles 44.2 and 119 of the Water Law and 10 of the Forced Expropriation Law regarding the public utility implicit in the State's work plans."
