Description - Description: To advise and support customers, KfW needs an omnichannel contact center system in the “Software as a Service” (SaaS) operating format. This covers the communication channels of telephony, email and chat.The Contact Center SaaS will initially replace the current contact center system “PureConnect On-Premise” from Genesys.
