Description - Sefton Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced planning consultancies to provide ongoing specialist advice in relation to a wide range of retail matters affecting the Borough. These primarily, but not exclusively, will b e in relation to retail planning applications. However, specialist advice may be sought in relation to emerging planning policy matters if and when required.
