Description - Description The municipal plan for Sandnes 2023 – 2038 was adopted by the municipal council on 15 May 2023. In the new municipal plan, a larger area has been set aside for business development in Sviland. The area is approx. 1000 then. The business area has been entered with guidelines that the area should be prepared for a business park that can contribute to the green shift in Rogaland. Work has previously been done on a proposal for detailed regulation for a smaller part of the area. The detailed regulation has not been finalized and has now been set aside because the adopted municipal plan requires zoning of the entire commercial area. The feasibility study will strengthen the decision
