Description - External consultancy services, consultant/s will be members of a mixed team with three officials of the Evaluation and Audit Unit (EAU); the purpose of which is to implement an independent evaluation of Ireland’s term on the UN Security Council 202 1-2022. The evaluation will be managed by an officer of the DFA’s Evaluation and Audit Unit. The consultant(s), as part of the mixed team, will apply a mixed-methods approach to data collection.
