The bidders must possess Digital Signature Certificate and submission of bids through online in the above web site and not accepted any other mode. Bids must be submitted by the bidders through online from 14.03.2024 to 15.04.2024, before 3.00 PM (as per web site digital clock) and shall be opened at 4.00 P.M on 16.04.2024 (as per web site digital clock) The intending bidder must have valid class-III digital signature with signing certificate to submit the bid.
