Description - Description The purpose of the tender is the reconstruction and expansion of the Tallinn Art School (Kevade tn 4). The main building of the Art School is an object under heritage protection, which has been issued with special conditions for heritage protection. The building next door is not a heritage site. The basic dimensions of the buildings will remain the same (the roof of the main building will be raised up to 1m), additional rooms will be introduced, the usable area will increase. The technical systems will be completely replaced, as well as partially the fence and support structures.
