Description - The object of the procurement is the construction work to be carried out on the properties of the city of Savonlinna (hereafter the customer) with possible demolition for the contract period 1 February 2024-31 January 2026, options 1+1 years. Constru ction work is ordered during the contract period according to the customer's needs in those situations when the own workforce is insufficient or unavailable.
