Description - THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement for the Construction of a Hay Shelter at the Edinburg, TX facility. The Contractor shal l provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the renovation work.  In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract.  The Request for Proposal (RFQ), 12805B24Q0230, may be issued on or around May 09
