Description - Description: Hawaii Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9 (FTZ9) is carrying out a project to upgrade its ELECRICAL SYSTEM from a DELTA to a WYE system in coordination with HECO. The project is located at FTZ9’s Pier 2 facilities in Honolulu.
