Description - Construction Management Services for Regina Cancer Patient Lodge: Renovations Synopsis: The SCA is seeking Construction Management Services for renovations at the Regina Cancer Patient Lodge.  THe scope of work will include a complete refresh of 18 guest rooms and the common spaces on the second floor including all flooring, paint and lighting.  The bathrooms will be updated with new vanities and finishes and four bathrooms will be renovated to include fully barrier free washrooms.  On the main floor, upgrades to ceilings, flooring lighting and reception millwork are anticipated.  The public bathroom on the main floor will also be updated with new fixtures and finishes.&n
