Description - Description: ScopeReferenceCW/25DescriptionHull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to lead a consortium of culture and heritage organisations in developing a creative communities programme which culminates i n a one-day community led event in March (annually) The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process.
