Description - Description The purpose of the procurement is to find a service provider with at least four trainers who will conduct Europass and Estonian Qualification Framework trainings among the target group(s) on predetermined topics and conditions and in the agreed volume. The participant of the training acquires broad-based basic knowledge and understanding of the possibilities of the Europass portal and the Estonian Qualification Framework.
