Description - Description The Rhein-Sieg district intends to reassign job evaluations to July 1, 2024.These include both positions for civil servants (analytical evaluation procedure) and positions for collective bargaining employees (summary evaluation procedure) . It is estimated that around 50 assessment procedures must be carried out per year, experience shows that around 40 dual procedures (civil servants and collective bargaining employees) and 10 procedures as individual evaluations (civil servants or collective bargaining employees).
