Description - Description: 1) The subject of the order is to provide, in 2025, comprehensive services in the field of occupational health and safety for local government educational units, the managing body of which is the Municipality of Krakow, hereinafter refer red to as "units".2) The maximum number of units serviced by the Contractor at any time during the service provision cannot exceed 290 units.3) Subject to point 2) above, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of units operated by the Contractor. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party due to this change, including financial claims. The Contractor will receive for a given settlement period
